Rented gear this morning for some jobs this weekend. After swiping some balloons from Amy's first birthday party, we made a stop at Booth Park on the way home so I could take a couple of photos. This one is my favorite!
My kids started soccer last weekend. Now, as a disclamer, that in no way makes me a "soccer mom." Soccer dad? Maybe. But let me digress. We chose to go with i9Sports not only for their core principles, but because the practice and game schedule don't require you to sell your soul. We might decide to do that later, but considering that this is the kids' foray into the world of competitive sports, we didn't want to scare them off too soon. Both practice and games occur on Saturday mornings, and there is no practice to scrimmages during the week. That gives us time to participate or accomplish other things, which I think is a big plus. Time, right now, is the most valuable thing to me. :)
